Thats Right Windows 8 is slated for release later this year and it looks like it could have some great potential but you dont need to wait for its release to look at buying a new pc because microsoft has released an upgrade option for any new windows 7 pc sold with windows 7 oem on it with an upgrade for $14.99 when windows 8 is released for the new OS upgrade..
